About Us

The cornerstone of our law office are advisory services in the area of restructuring and insolvency proceeding and we believe that our law office is the leading law firm in this legal area in Slovenia. All this is due to the fact that our principal lawyer Marko Zaman is involved in this legal area in his function as the president of the Chamber of Insolvency Administrators in Slovenia as well as the fact that the law office has been oriented towards this field since its inception in the year 2010. We do not provide merely counseling but also provide results, even when they seem impossible.

In addition to the aforementioned, our office is also active in other complex legal areas. The young and dynamic team of legal experts offers you legal services in the area of corporate law (incl. mergers and acquisitions), commercial law and classic civil and contract law.

We are especially proud of the fact that our law office is often engaged as an independent consultant in the preparation and execution of legal transactions or in the preparation of more complex and independent legal opinions (for governmental as well as non-governmental institutions).

Our experts are specialized in different legal areas and are qualified to cover a wide range of legal issues. This diversity enables us to engage different experts in the legal projects, whereas clients always have a single point of contact - an individual lawyer with whom they can develop a close business relationship. Our experts are bound to the highest professional standards, with special emphasis on the attorney-client relationship and protection of confidential information.

We currently employ seven lawyers (Marko Zaman, partner, Peter Lipoglavšek, partner, Anže Pavšek, Jernej Pusser, Maja Doria, Jan Strožer and Dušan Mitrović), one attorney trainee (Aida Imamović) as well as the administrative personnel.
